1. People who display aggression or are under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will be refused entry to the event site
2. Instructions given by security staff must be complied with.
3. The emergency exits are to remain accessible at all times.
4. All kinds of weapons and objects that may be used as projectiles may not be brought into the event.
5. Any criminal activity, drug violation or possession of narcotics will be reported to the Police immediately.
6. No animals are allowed on site with the exception of guide dogs and police dogs.

I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Released Parties and agree to enter the event site with its intended use and application.

I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES or others. Therefore, the Released Parties accept no responsibility for such activity related risks.

I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representative and next of kin, HEREBY FULLY AND FOREVER RELEASE, DISCHARGE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES, their officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the Activities, of and from any and all causes of action, lawsuits, losses, damages, injuries (including personal and bodily injuries, death and injury to property) howsoever caused (whether by negligence or otherwise), claims, demands, sums, costs, expenses (including legal fees and disbursements), and any other liability of any kind, of or to me or any other person, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with the Activities, including, without limitation, my participation in the Activities;

I am aware of and fully understand the nature and effect of the Assumption of Risks. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY ENTERING THE EVENT SITE.
